In LENIMAR OCEAN more resources are channel towards achieving total commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental Protection Practices, Government Compliance, Safety Training, Fall Protection and Hazard Communication etc. Employees will know what to do to make our job site safer by a way of minimizing and or eliminating occupational hazards and reduction and elimination of lost of Man Hours.

Management Commitment to Safety:
Lenimar Ocean is totally commited to ensuring that operations are carried out with regards to all company safety rules and procedures. The Managing Director is directly accountable and responsible for the overall safety of all employees. A full time safety coordinator who reports directly to the Managing Director is responsible to coordinate safety affairs. it is our wish that all employees shall abide by Lenimar Ocean safety rules and procedure as contained in the company’s safety program. Management confidently believes that the workers are our strength. As a result the prevention occupational injury or illness will be considered as a top priority at all times to ensure that each worker goes home safe and healthy home safe and healthy after every work shift.
